IPS reshuffle in Odisha: New DCPs appointed for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack

In a major reshuffle in the IPS cadre, the Odisha government carried out significant transfers involving senior officials across key posts in the police administration.

Among the noteworthy changes were the appointments of new DCPs for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. 

Jagmohan Meena, who is currently serving as the Cuttack DCP has been appointed as the new Bhubaneswar DCP. Similarly, Khilari Rishikesh Dnyandeo has been appointed as the new DCP of Cuttack.

Other Reshuffles In IPS Cadre

SM Narvane, IPS (RR-1989) at present Director, Printing, Stationary and Publication, Odisha Cuttack is transferred and posted as Spl.DG, OHRC.

Diptesh Kumar Pattanaik, IPS,(RR-1997) at present CMD,OSRTC is transferred and posted as Director, Printing, Stationary and Publication, Odisha, Cuttack.

Yatindra Koyal-IPS,(RR-2000) at present ADGP, Provisioning, Odisha is transferred and posted as ADG,HRPC.

S Praveen Kumar, IPS, (RR-2002) at present IGP, Personnel is transferred and posted as IGP, Central Range, Cuttack.

Narsingha Bhol, IPS,(RR-2002) at present Excise Commissioner is transferred and posted as Addl.CP, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack.

Dr. Deepak Kumar, IPS, (RR-2004) at present IGP, Home Guards and Fire Services is transferred and posted as IGP, Operations.

Jai Narayan Pankaj, IPS, (RR-2005) at present IGP, Operations is transferred and posted as IGP, Intelligence.

Dr Sarthak Sarangi, IPS, (RR-2007) at present IGP, SR, Berhampur is transferred and posted as IGP, CID-CB.

Niti Shekhar, IPS, (RR-2007) at present IGP, SWR, Koraput is transferred and posted as IGP, Southern Range.
