Following the allegations of a leak of English question paper on Saturday, a purported leaked question paper of Mathematics in the ongoing Matric examination went viral on social media on Monday.

Class-10 students appeared for Mathematics examination on Monday. However, the alleged leaked question paper of the Mathematics examination went viral even before the exam concluded.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha, however, denied the leak stating that there has been no news of a leak of any question paper.

It is pertinent to mention here that despite elaborate arrangements made by the Board for the smooth conduct of the examination, a purported question paper of English examination was allegedly leaked and went viral on social media on Saturday.

Later, the Board denied any leaks in the question paper. BSE vice-president Nihar Ranjan Mohanty said, "There is no question paper leaks in the Matric exam yet. The viral question paper is done by some miscreants to mislead the people and the Board. It has been 24 hours since the English exams, and we have not received any complaint about the leak."

Meanwhile, the BSE has introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered CCTV cameras to keep an eye on all the exam centres and nodal centres to ensure the conduct of the Matric exams this year in a fair and disciplined manner.
