IT raids on locations linked to Balgopal Oil Mill in Odisha’s Bargarh 

The Income Tax Department officials on Thursday carried out raids on Balgopal Oil Mill at Sayan under Sadar Police limits of Bargarh district on charges of tax evasion.
 
According to a source, a team of the Income Tax Department officials had been camping in Bargarh town since Wednesday night. On Thursday morning, they conducted raids simultaneously at the mill, its office, and the residence of the mill’s Chartered Accountant. As per the information available, some millers, builders, businessmen, and contractors are involved in the case. 

Apart from this, a team from the Income Tax Department also conducted raids on S.S. Infra Solution and the residence of its owner Anil Agrawal.
