Hansita-Anil high-profile fraudster duo: FIR copy reveals startling facts about modus operandi
An FIR previously lodged against ‘impersonators’ and key accused in a fraud case Hansita and Anil by an educational institution in Patia locality of Bhubaneswar surfaced on Monday, revealing false pretences, potentially engaging in illicit activities.

According to sources, more evidence of fraud by Hansita-Anil showed how the duo was morphing pictures with high-profile personalities. Also, there are details about how the duo managed to siphon off CSR funds by bribing the HR official of a company in Jharkhand.
A probe team is investigating the case of alleged impersonation involving the accused duo. It is claimed that they earlier visited the institution. They misrepresented themselves as the daughter and son-in-law of the principal secretary to Prime Minister.
Photographs have emerged depicting the pair with high-profile figures, which are suspected to be fabricated to support their false identities. Investigations are ongoing into how these photographs were manipulated, bringing their legitimacy under scrutiny.
The accused fraudsters had visited the institution on December 24, last year. Based on this FIR, Infocity Police had registered a case and launched a detailed probe. Later on December 26, the probe team arrested the duo.

Allegedly, Hansita and Anil exerted undue influence over the Human Resources official, with the intent of misappropriating the CSR funds.
The accused had finalised a financial deal involving Rs 300 Crore for the Bokaro-based unit to channel the payment of compensation to around 300 displaced people. Accordingly, they received around Rs 30 Crore from the company.
