“When my brother did not answer over phone, I had called his house owner but never heard back from them. Following this, I had sent one of my relatives to meet my brother but I was informed that the house is locked from outside. If the door was locked from outside, how could he commit suicide? My sister-in-law, her relatives and a few others have killed him,” he alleged.
