A car lost control and plunged into a pond near Grindola village under Banjari panchayat in Lakhanpur block of Jharsuguda. The mishap sparked panic in the area, but fortunately, both occupants of the vehicle managed to escape unharmed.

While moving along the embankment of the Grindola pond, the driver reportedly lost control, causing the car to veer off course and fall into the pond. Car Retrieved With Villagers’ Help

Following the accident, villagers rushed to the spot and extended immediate help. With their assistance, a JCB machine was deployed to recover the submerged vehicle from the pond. The operation drew several onlookers from the village, who gathered to witness the rescue effort.
