Bhadrak town in Odisha is now abuzz with activities, excitement and religious fervour for Ram Navami celebrations tomorrow. 

As per reports, Bhadrak town is now festooned with saffron flags while the air of festivity is sweeping the town and nearby villages. 

Various rituals, Yajna and recital of Hanuman Chalisa have started at the historic Gandhi Ground as a prelude to the celebration.  

Nagar Sankirtan( a religious procession) will start at 4 pm while over 82 tableaus from various areas will move around the town amid tight security.

Meanwhile, police have intensified patrolling and carried out checking at various places to ward off trouble. Police are also keeping a close eye on social media to track down sensitive posts. Police also conducted flag marches at various places in Bhadrak.

Swadhin Sundar Das, secretary of the Sri Ram Maha Yajna Samiti in Bhadrak said, "This year, Ram Lalla returned to Ayodhya. Ram Navami Mahotsav will be celebrated in a grand way tomorrow. Nagar Sankirtan will move through villages and Sahis while over 82 tableaus from various areas will go around the town.”
