1 killed, 2 others critically injured in group clash over liquor brewery in Bargarh

A person was killed and two others were critically injured in a group clash over some issues pertaining to a liquor brewery at Guduramunda village under Bheden block in Bargarh district on Friday night.

The injured have been admitted to the nearby hospital in critical conditions. They are currently undergoing treatment there. A person in this connection has been detained by Bheden police.

As per reports a group of people launched a deadly assault on another group last night over some issues pertaining to the liquor brewery.

The altercation has caused considerable unrest in the local area. As a precautionary measure, law enforcement personnel have been deployed in the village to maintain peace and prevent further disturbances.

Residents of Guduramunda are in shock over the incident, and concerns remain high regarding safety and stability in the community. The situation in the area is reportedly tense.

Upon being informed, Bheden police reached the spot and started an investigation over the incident. A person has been detained in this connection and his questioning is currently underway. However, the motive behind the attack is yet to be ascertained.
