Like a plot straight out of a Bollywood movie, a couple who had divorced in 2015, fell in love once again and remarried each other. The unique love story is from Australia, the Lucky Country.
The couple has been identified as Daniell Curtis and Tim Curtis.
According to sources, Daniell Curtis and Tim Curtis had married each other in 2004. After 11 years of togetherness, the couple decided to part ways and divorced each other in 2015. They did not even talk to each other for over two years following the divorce.
However, their romance rekindled after the woman sent an e-mail in 2017, complimenting her husband on his parenting abilities of their children. Soon, started the e-mail romance. Later, after two years of email and messages, the couple remarried again in 2019.
The unique love story hogged the limelight in 2022 after Daniell Curtis recently spoke with News Corp Australia about her marriage.
Daniell revealed that she met her husband, Tim Curtis, through online dating on January 9, 2002. After a long period of chatting and dinner dates, Tim finally proposed on April 9, 2003.
"In January 2004, exactly two years after our first date, we married in a fairytale-like ceremony, and Tim officially adopted her children 18 months later," she added.
"The couple was impacted by the global financial crisis in 2012. Soon their communication broke down and they became resentful towards each other, before calling it quits in 2015," reported the news outlet.
Talking about the remarriage, Daniell Curtis told, “she realised if she was ever going to find peace, she needed to forgive Tim and herself. So, she wrote him an email."
"I took responsibility for my part in the marriage break-up and told him that I supported how he co-parented the kids. Six months later I was amazed to see a reply," she said.
"Why don't we meet and talk about it in person?" he wrote in reply.
Soon, the couple met once again and rekindled their lost love. It was indeed a happy reunion for their children. The couple has now been working together on things that ruined their marriage.
