Women frequently use concealers, blemish balm (or bb creams for short), and other chemical solutions to temporarily treat them but they neglect to concentrate on the underlying cause and the side-effects of these cosmetics. Get rid of the pigmentation and the spots with two easy ingredients - Banana and Coffee.

Combine the pulp of one banana, add half tablespoon of curd and one teaspoon each of coffee powder and turmeric powder. Apply the mixture to your clean face and leave for 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly with clean regular cold water. 

Bananas are often referred to as 'Natural Botox'. This nutrient-rich fruit is great for all skin types and treats problems including age spots, dryness, black spots, and dullness. Coffee is a well-known anti-aging wonder. It is brimming with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that fight against ageing. As it lessens the puffiness, it makes your face appear slimmer.

Remedy for smooth and glowing skin

Add 1 tablespoon of honey to a cup of milk. Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and refrigerate it. When solid, gently rub the ice cube on your face and leave for 30 minutes. Do this regularly to get pigmented free and glowing skin.

Honey and milk both have antibacterial characteristics, so when combined they make a fantastic skin cleanser. Milk contains an alpha-hydroxy acid called lactic acid, which organically eats the dead skin cells away whereas honey helps to clean debris by opening the pores. It will also help remove blackheads. 

Tips - Apply the banana and coffee facepack first and then gently rub the honey and milk-made ice cube on face. Lock-in the glow with your favourite hydrating moisturiser. Use the banana-coffee face pack three times per week and apply honey-milk ice cubes regularly for vibrant, shining, smooth, clear and glowing skin. Eat vegetables (mostly greens), fruits and stay hydrated.

Commitment is key when it comes to having beautiful skin. Therefore, stay committed to this skin regime for at least three months to get the desired results.
