Hair oil massages are one of the best and most natural ways to relieve and moisturise a dry, itchy, and flaky scalp.

Onion, Fenugreek, Curry leaves, and coconut oil

Make a concoction by boiling coconut oil with onion, fenugreek and curry leave in it. Let the oil cool down, then, filter and use the oui to massage your hair and scalp. As we all know onion is helpful in preventing hair fall, fenugreek in preventing dandruff and curry leaves help prevent hair thinning and hair fall.

For best result, apply heat the oil and apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it overnight. Use a sulphate-free shampoo to wash your hair.

Hair Toner

Take a cup of  Gripe Water (or according to your hair length) and dip a tea bag in it, then spray it on your hair as it not only nourishes the hair but also gives a nice shine. It is also great for dandruff.

You can also take rice water and dip it in a tea bag and apply it on your hair.

Application:

Spray the mixture on your hair evenly.
Leave it on your hair for about 30 minutes.
Use a sulphate-free shampoo to wash your hair and finish with a conditioner.
