Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, several recruitment notifications are now being released inviting applications to fill up vacancies. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and the State Bank of India (SBI) had recently released such notifications.
However, the interested candidates need to apply for the vacancies soon as the opportunity is all set to end in the upcoming week.
UPSC Recruitment 2021: Vacancy Details
Three vacancies for the post of Assistant Director (Chemistry) in the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Faridabad, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (SC- 01, UR-02).

The post is Permanent and in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC, General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Age Limit: 35 years.
The closing date for the submission of online application is July 29.
The UPSC had also issued notification for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) examination 2021. A total of 838 vacancies with CMS 2021 will be filled by the UPSC through this recruitment drive.
The application process has already started and the candidates can apply till July 27. As per the official notification issued by UPSC, the exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 21.

Category-II (i) Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways: 300 Posts
(ii) General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council: 05 Posts
(iii) General duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation: 184 Posts
SBI Recruitment 2021: Vacancy Details
The SBI had invited applications for 6100 apprentices. Candidates in 20 – 28 years age group who have graduated from a recognised university or institution can apply till July 26, 2021.
Category-wise vacancy-breakup: General - 2577 Posts, EWS - 604 Posts, OBC - 1375 Posts, SC - 977 Posts, ST - 567 Posts.
