The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications to fill up multiple vacancies in various departments under different Ministries.

As per the latest UPSC notification, the last date for submission of online recruitment application (ORA) is September 2, 2021.

The applicants are advised to fill in all their particulars in the online recruitment applications carefully as submission of wrong information may lead to rejection through computer based short-listing apart from department, the notification read.

Details of vacancies:

1. Assistant Keeper in Anthropological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture: 2 Posts

The post is permanent.

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC, General Central Service, Group-‘B’, Gazetted (Non-Ministerial)

Age: 35 years for STs and 33 years for OBCs.

Essential Qualifications:

Education : (i) Master’s Degree in Anthropology from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Diploma in Museology from a recognized university or Institute.

2. Fisheries Research Investigation Officer in Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying: 1 Post

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC, General Central Services Group-A Gazetted.

Age: 40 years.

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Zoology with specialization in Fisheries or M.F.Sc or M.Sc in Marine Biology or M.Sc in Industrial Fisheries or M.Sc in Aquaculture or M.Sc in Fisheries Science from recognized University of Institute.

3.Principal Officer (Engineering) cum Joint Director General (Technical) in Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways: 1 Post

Pay Scale: Level- 14 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC, General Central Services Group-“A” Gazetted.

Age: 50 years
