The computer-based test (CBT) for recruitment of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) in government secondary schools in Odisha is going to be held from October 25 to 28, 2021.

The Directorate of Secondary Education, Odisha has released the date and time for the recruitment tests to be conducted for selection of as many as 6720 posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts), Trained Graduate Teacher Science (PCM), Trained Graduate Teacher Science (CBZ) and Telugu Teacher.

"Candidates who have applied for recruitment to the posts of Contractual Trained Graduate Arts, Trained Graduate Science and Telugu Teachers are hereby informed that the Computer Based Test for the recruitment shall be held from October 25, 2021 to October 28, 2021," the DSE stated in a notice.

As per the schedule, aspirants for the posts of TGT PCM will appear for the computer-based test in two batches from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm on October 25. Similarly, TGT CBZ will appear for the test on October 26 from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. 

The test for the posts of Telugu Teacher will be held on the same day from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.

Moreover, the test for TGT arts is scheduled for October 27 and 28 in two batches from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. 

Sharing details about the admit card, the directorate said candidates can download the admit cards through their registered login from the website www. dseodisha.in from October 16, 2021 onwards.

"Admit cards shall not be sent by any other mode. Candidates are to take a printout of the admit card and produce it for admission at the Test Centres," the notice added.

Candidates will have to report at the examination centres 90 minutes before the examination starts. Extra time of 20 minutes per hour will be given to person with disabilities (PWD) candidates, the DSE notice said.
