UPSC Recruitment 2021: Notification Released For Several Posts, Salary As Per 7th CPC

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited online applications to fill up multiple vacancies in departments under various Ministries.

As per the notification, the closing date for submission of online recruitment application (ORA) through ORA website is October 28, 2021. The last date for printing of completely submitted online application is October 29, 2021.

The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule, the notification read.

Details: 1. Data Processing Assistant in Directorate of Plant Protection Quarantine and Storage, Faridabad, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare: 1 Post

Pay Scale: Level 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC

Age: 30 years.

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized University or Institute OR B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.

2. Private Secretary in Commission for Agricultural Costs & Prices (CACP), Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare: 1 Post

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Age: 30 years.

Essential Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 words per minute.(iii) Transcription: 40 minutes (English) 55 minutes (Hindi) only on Computers.

3. Senior Grade of Indian Information Service, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting: 20 Vacancies

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC

Age: 30 years

Essential Qualifications: (i) Degree of a recognized University or Institute; (ii) Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized University/Institution; or Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized University/Institute; (iii) Candidates must have studied concerned Indian language upto 10th Class.

4. Junior Time Scale (JTS) Grade of Central Labour Service (Group ‘A’ Organized Service) consisting of the posts of Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Labour Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Director, Ministry of Labour & Employment: 29 Vacancies

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Age: 35 years. Essential Qualifications: (i) Degree of a recognized University, (ii) Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or Labour Law from a recognized University or Institution.

5. Youth Officer in National Service Scheme Organisation, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports: 5 Vacancies

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Age: 30 years. Essential Qualifications: (i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University OR (ii) Degree of a recognized University As per the UPSC notification, the age limit shown against all items is the normal age limit and the age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 5 years and up to 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them.

SC/ST/OBC candidates have to produce a caste certificate in prescribed proforma.
