SSC announces important notice on Stenographer exam date, check here

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam date for Grade C Stenographer Limited Departmental Competitive Examination.

Candidates can check the official notice for the exam dates by visiting the official website, ssc.nic.in.

"The Commission has decided to conduct the Stenographer Grade 'C' Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2017 (CBE) on 21st October, 2022," the commission said.

The commission further said that the 'above schedule is subject to the prevailing conditions and Government guidelines issued from time to time regarding handling of the Covid-19 pandemic'.

The SSC also advised candidates to visit its official website at regular intervals for further updates regarding the Stenographer exam.

Recently, the commission released the official notification for holding Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, 2022 to fill up various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different ministries/ departments/ organisations of government of India.

The upper age limit for Group B post is 30 and 32 years for different posts. Similarly, the age limit to apply for Group C posts in 27 years.

While the application submission process has already begun, the last date to apply is October 8, 2022. The tentative schedule for Tier-I Computer Based Examination (CBT) is December 2022.
