The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced the date of the Basic Computer Skill Test for candidates who have been shortlisted for recruitment to the post of Junior Assistants of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). 

As many as 376 candidates have passed the written examination conducted by the OSSC on August 3, 2021 for Junior Assistants of ULBs under the Housing and Urban Development Department and provisionally shortlisted to appear in the skill test. 

The roll numbers of successful candidates for recruitment to the post have been uploaded on the official website of the commission - ossc.gov.in. 

As per the programme schedule released by the Commission, the Basic Computer skill Test of the shortlisted candidates will be held on October 5, 2021 in Bhubaneswar. 

The skill test will consist of 50 marks and candidate who secure 20 marks will be deemed qualified. The test will be held for one hour from 10.30 am to 11.30 am. Candidates have been asked to report at the examination centre at 9 am.

“Candidates concerned are advised to download their Admission Letter from the link given under ‘What's New’ section of the website of the Commission www.ossc.gov.in from October 1, 2021 onwards using their Application No. & Date of Birth to appear the Test. Venue of examination & other details of the Test are mentioned in the Admission Letter,” the Commission stated in its notification.

“Candidates concerned are advised to visit the website of the Commission regularly to know any further updates in this regard,” the OSSC added.
