OPSC ASO result 2022: Orissa HC puts stay on final mark list publication

The Orissa High Court on Friday issued stay on publication of final mark list of the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) exam 2022 by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

However, the court directed the exam conducting authority to continue the computer proficiency test which is set to be conducted on December 4.

Hearing a fresh petition filed by candidates challenging the sectional ASO cut-off mark in the selection process, the HC further said that OPSC cannot publish the ASO results without the permission of the Court.

Recently, the Commission released the schedule for the computer skill test which will be conducted for the Group B post of Assistant Section Officer in the Odisha Secretariat Service.

The computer skill test was earlier scheduled to be conducted on November 27, but it will now be conducted on December 4.

As per the notification released by the commission, the computer skill test will be conducted from 10.30 am to 11.30 am (10.30 A.M. to 11.50 A.M. for PWD candidates) on 04.12.2022 (Sunday).
