The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the schedule for the computer skill test, set to be conducted for the Group B post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in the Odisha Secretariat Service.

The computer skill test was earlier scheduled to be conducted on November 27. But, now it will be conducted on December 4.

As per the notification released by the commission, the computer skill test will be conducted from 10.30 am to 11.30 am (10.30 A.M. to 11.50 A.M. for PWD candidates) on 04.12.2022 (Sunday).

The answer sheet will be released after the skill test is over.

The ASO written examination result was declared on November 7, and a total of 1104 candidates have been selected for document verification and skill test.

The skill test in computer (practical) in respect of 1045 provisionally admitted candidates excluding 59 absentees.

“The provisionally admitted candidates are required to report at the examination centre one hour before the schedule time of commencement of examination of skill test,” read the official notification.

The skill test will be held in seven technical institutions in Bhubaneswar

The roll list along with the centre allocation is available on the website of the commission. The admission letter for appearing for the skill test will be available w.e.f December 1 on the official website i.e. www.opsc.gov.in.

On the other hand, several candidates filed a new petition in Orissa High Court on Wednesday challenging the sectional cut-off mark in the selection process.
