Nursing officer 2022 recruitment: OSSSC extends timeline for PwD candidates

The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has issued an important notice regarding the recruitment to the post of nursing officer 2022.

As per the OSSSC notice, the timeline for submission of online application by PwD candidates only has been extended.

“In partial modification to the advertisement, the Commission has been pleased to earmark the vacancies meant for the categories of PwD (HI/VI/MD) candidates as per the revised requisitions filed by Director of Nursing,” the OSSSC notice read.

As per the latest notice, only the PwD candidates who had not submitted online applications earlier are allowed for registration/re-registration and submission of online application.

The PwD candidates who had already submitted online applications earlier but have not mentioned the sub-category of disability and now interested to modify their applications have to cancel the old application first, then register/reregister/apply afresh.

For the purpose, UDID Disability certificate with not less than 40 % permanent disability must be uploaded along with the application. The starting date for online registration/ reregistration/ submission of online application is September 9 and the last date is September 18, 2022.
