NIOT Recruitment 2023: Apply for 89 posts, salary upto Rs 67K

The National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai has invited applications for the recruitment of Project Scientific Assistant, Project Scientist I and other vacancies.

It is an autonomous R&D organization under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India.

• Project Scientist – II: 4 posts

• Project Scientist – I: 25 posts

• Project Scientific Assistant: 30 posts

• Project Technician: 16 posts

• Project Jr. Asst.: 14 posts

Educational Qualification

Interested candidates should have passed Class 10th/Class 12th/Diploma/BSc/MSc/BE/BTech from a recognised Board/University/Institution.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not exceed 50 years.

Pay Scale

• Project Scientist – II: Rs 67,000 + HRA

• Project Scientist – I: Rs 56,000 + HRA

• Project Scientific Assistant: Rs 20,000 + HRA

• Project Technician: Rs 20,000 + HRA

• Project Jr. Asst.: Rs 20,000 + HRA
