NABARD Recruitment 2021: Apply For Manager, Asst Manager & Officers Post; Check Salary, Other Details

The National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has released a notification for recruitments for the posts of Manager, Assistant Manager and officers in Group A and B categories, respectively.

As per the notification, seven posts of Manager in Grade ‘B’ will be filled in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS). Similarly, 148 posts of Assistant Managers in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) / (Rajbhasha Service) in NABARD will also be filled.

The candidates should read all instructions carefully and ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria for the post, the official notification read.

Out of the 148 vacancies of Asst. Manager (RDBS) and 05 Asst. Manager (Rajbhasha), 08 vacancies are reserved for PWBD candidates under RPWD Act 2016.

Important Dates / Timelines

Online Application Registration and Payment of Online Fees/Intimation Charges: July 17 to August 7, 2021

Phase I (Preliminary) – Online Examination: Last week of August 2021/First week of September 2021 (Tentatively)

Salary:

Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 - 1750 (9) - 50900 - EB - 1750(2) - 54400 - 2000 (4) - 62400 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'B' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 78,000 p.m.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade 'A'. They will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 70,000.
