The IDBI bank has invited applications from eligible suitable candidates for the post of Executives to be filled at its different branches and offices. The recruitment which will be based on contract basis will be strictly held pan-India by open competition.

The Bank has clarified that it has not hired or authorized any agency or organization or any individual to recommend or recruit any personnel on its behalf or collect any money or commission or charges for recruitment or training or coaching.

No of Posts: 920 including 373 for Unreserved category

Essential qualification: Grduation from recognized University with 50% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD)

Age as on July 1, 2021: Min – 20 and Max – 25

Online Registration starts: August 4, 2021

Online Registration Ends: August 18, 2021

Emoluments/Career Prospects: The appointment of Executives will be on contractual basis for a period of one year and it may be extended on year-to-year basis based on the performance of the candidate.

The IDBI has said in its recruitment notification that, ‘On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank’

Non-refundable application fees: Rs 200/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs 1000/- for all others

How To Apply:

  1. Candidates to go to IDBI Bank’s website www.idbibank.in and click on the “CAREERS/CURRENT OPENINGS” to open the link “Recruitment of Executives on Contract-2021” and then click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen
  2. To register for application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id.
  3. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
  4. Candidates should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
  5. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered by choosing the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.
  6. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON
  7. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the “Validate your details” and “Save & Next” button
  8. Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C” before proceeding to fill other details of the Application Form.
  9. Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before clicking on the COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
  10. Click on the “Payment” Tab and proceed for payment.
