Bank of India announces recruitment for 500 PO posts, check details

Bank of India (BOI) has invited applications from candidates to apply for the Probationary Officers post.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official site of the bank at bankofindia.co.in.

The last date to apply for the post is February 25, 2023.

After final selection of the candidates as above, they to mandatorily pass the Diploma course (PGDBM) before getting inducted/ absorbed in the Bank.

BOI Recruitment Details

Total Vacancy: 500 posts

• Credit Officer in General Banking stream: 350 posts

• IT Officer in Specialist stream: 150 posts

Educational Qualification

For being eligible to apply, the candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should be between 20 years to 29 years as on February 1, 2023 .

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years

• OBC candidates: 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

The minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for the General/EWS category. There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests.

Application Fees

The application fees and intimation charges for GENERAL/EWS/OBC candidates is Rs 850 and Intimation charges for SC/ST/PWD candidates is Rs 175.
