Here, we have summed up as to when you should eat a particular type of food to avoid any health hazards and remain as fit as you want to be:

Best and worst times for eating these foods

Milk is best taken at night and should be especially avoided in the early morning hours. People usually have a habit of drinking milk-loaded drinks and beverages like coffee and tea along with breakfast in the morning. However, you should avoid that and instead drink lukewarm milk at night for sound sleep.

Similarly, fruits should not be eaten after heavy meals or at night. You can start your day with a bowl of freshly cut fruit pieces. Replace fruit pieces with fruit juice so that you feel fuller faster and consume fewer calories. Fruits can also be eaten as a mid-day snack or in between lunch and breakfast.

Sugar especially the refined version should be avoided or eaten in moderate amounts. And if you are consuming sugar products make sure that you eat them in the early morning hours. Eating sugar-loaded food items at night is a total no-no.

The best time to eat curd is at lunchtime along with other food items. It can be also eaten as a snack between lunch and dinner. However, avoid eating curd or dips and salads made with curd as a base ingredient as a side dish for dinner.

Most health-conscious people and fitness experts swear that white rice and refined sugar should never be a part of your diet. Even then if you still feel like having a small portion of white rice or even eating brown or basmati rice, it is better to eat it during the day. Consuming beans and pulses at night is preferred.
