It has processed cheese in a huge amount apart from harmful ingredients like refined carbs, sugar, and processed meat toppings. Hence it should be avoided altogether after the meal.

Nuts

Nuts are extremely good for health, but if eaten at the start of the day or as a mid-day snack. Nuts such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios, or cashews contain a high amount of calories, and since you hardly do any activities before going to bed consuming them post-dinner leads to the energy getting stored in the body as fat.

Fruit juice

Canned fruit juices are extremely bad for health. The commercial fruit juices are loaded with lots of added sugar that is sure to put a brake on your weight loss dreams. Instead, you can always prepare juice from fruits at home. But even then health experts advise that it is always better to eat a fruit than drink its juice.

Moreover, fruits should be eaten before meals and not after that because if your stomach is already full, then eating fruits after that can cause acidity.

French fries

It is one of the most loved junk foods. Despite knowing the fact that it is bad for health, most people cannot stop themselves from indulging in it.

And if that is so you can enjoy a few French fries as a part of the entire meal so that the other foods and their portions are adjusted accordingly. But eating them after your meal, especially after dinner is very harmful as it gets converted into fat and leads to obesity.
