Kiara Advani, Yash

Yash is currently busy with his two big movies – Ramayana and Toxic. Kiara Advani is playing the female lead in Toxic which will be her first collaboration with the KGF star. While the Kabir Singh actress completed her shooting for Toxic a long time ago, news about a heartfelt step taken by Yash for the pregnant actress was leaked recently.

Yash shifted Toxic shooting schedule for Kiara Advani

Since Kiara Advani is pregnant with her first child with Sidharth Malhotra, the actress cannot travel regularly for shootings outside the city. That is why keeping her comfort in mind, Yash decided to shift the shooting schedule to Mumbai.

He asked the producer and director of the movie, Venkat K. Narayana and Geetu Mohandas, respectively, to shift the shooting site from Bengaluru to Mumbai. Furthermore, Yash also cooperated in managing this smooth transition so that the Mumbai shoot is carried out efficiently without any hiccups and financial burdens on the producer.

Toxic may clash with SLB’s Love and War

The poster for Toxic, released some time ago, generated a lot of interest among fans. The movie is slated to release around Ugadi, Eid, and Gudi Padwa weekend on March 19, 2026. Most probably Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War with Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Alia Bhatt in the lead will also be released around the same time.

Earlier it was reported that the title for this movie which also stars other big stars like Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria in important roles was also suggested by Yash. Talking about the storyline of Toxic, Yash recently in an interview said, “We have fairy tales for kids but nobody is making fairy tales for grown-ups. So we thought we would make a fairy tale for grown-ups. I came up with the tagline. Title and tagline both I felt it was a very relevant thing.”

“Today, we go through a lot of confusion, and the word ‘toxic’ has got many layers. It is used in so many contexts. All of us are living in a very toxic situation in so many ways. So I thought it was a very relevant title and apt for the film" the Kannada superstar added.
