Yash No 1 actor now: Shahid Kapoor's statement makes fans go gaga

Kannada actor Yash's KGF Chapter 2 emerged as a blockbuster this year breaking several records. While the plot of the sequel was highly appreciated, the Rocking Star's onscreen character portrayal received high admiration from the audience as well as from several biggies from different film industries. 

While the craze for Rocky Bhai still continues, another Bollywood actor has appreciated Yash and ranked him as the 'Number One' actor in the Indian film industry. None other than actor Shahid Kapoor gave such a statement when he recently appeared on the 'Koffee with Karan' show. Now, fans of Yash are going gaga over it. 

Recently, Shahid appeared on the celebrity talk show accompanied by his 'Kabir Singh' co-star Kiara Advani. Host Karan Johar fired several questions to the duo. However, when the filmmaker asked the actor: "Who according to you is the number one actor/actress in Bollywood?" 

Shahid pointed towards Kiara and said, "Number one actress." However, speaking about the number one actor, he said, "Number one actor we can discuss. Right now I think is Rocky Bhai."

To this, Karan said, "Rocky Bhai! Oh yes, Yash from KGF, Yes." Even Kiara agreed with Shahid.

Meanwhile, fans of Rocky Bhai expressed their gratitude to Shahid. Undeniably, Yash and Rocky Bhai have been creating buzz following the massive success of KGF Chapter 1.
