Will Salman Khan end Bigg Boss journey as host! Aamir Khan can't wait to reunite with Prem

Television actor Karan Veer Mehra lifted the Bigg Boss 18 trophy on Sunday beating Vivian Dsena, and took home a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. After 105 days of drama, laughter, tension and crying, Karan beat Vivian in the grand finale. However, what made the grand finale exciting was Amar-Prem reunion on the set of Bigg Boss 18. Moreover, Aamir Khan recreated a few moments from their iconic comedy film Andaz Apna Apna. But, at one moment Sallu left everyone shocked as he said that he would not return as the host next season. Furthermore, Aamir, who had earlier said that he 'won't work with Salman ever' said that he can't wait to reunite with his old friend Prem (Andaz Apna Apna).

Salman Khan 'won't return as host' for Bigg Boss 19!

During the grand finale round on Sunday, Salman cracked a joke that he won't return as host for the next season of Bigg Boss. Well, this statement left many disappointed.

The Sikandar star said that he has hosted 15 to 16 seasons of Bigg Boss and now needs a break. Even a contestant asked him to reconsider his decision. However, the Tiger Zinda Hai actor said that he will not host the next season. 

Salman elevated the tension among many when he expressed his happiness about it being the last day of his current hosting duties. He looked forward to completing his duties.

"I am toh so happy ki aaj last day hai stage ka, I am waiting to lift hands and get done," said Salman.

Well, the 59-year-old actor made the statement humorously. However, many speculate that his statement could be a subtle hint. In 2024, Salman quit Bigg Boss OTT and its hosting duties for the third season. However, time will reveal if Salman will be back as the host of Bigg Boss 19 or if he will be replaced by someone else.

Aamir Khan can't wait to reunite with Salman Khan

After Akshay Kumar's exit from the show without shooting for Salman turning up late on the set, Aamir Khan took everyone on a nostalgic ride with Prem.

Salman and Aamir recreated a few moments from their iconic comedy flick Andaz Apna Apna and stole the show with some spicy revelations.

Notably, earlier Aamir on his birthday had confirmed Andaz Apna Apna 2. And, probably Amar (Aamir) teased about the sequel on the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18. 

While Aamir recalled an old interview of Salman where he praised his work over his own, the Bodyguard actor spoke about an interview when the PK actor said he doesn't wish to work with Prem again. Well, Aamir defended himself and said that over the years he has come to appreciate Sallu for who he is.
