Akshay Kumar left Bigg Boss 18 grand finale without shooting as Salman Khan...

The onscreen jugalbandi of Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Jaan-E-Mann is still remembered and fans undeniably want to see the duo together once again. The long wait was about to end tonight and Fans and viewers were eagerly waiting to see Salman and Akshay together as Akki came to promote his film Skyforce on the sets of Bigg Boss 18. However, the long-awaited reunion didn't happen as Akki left the set without shooting.

As per reports, Akki along with debutant Veer Pahariya had come to the sets of Bigg Boss 18 grand finale to promote his upcoming flick Sky Force. The superstars were supposed to have a fun banter with each other, the audience and the contestants. However, that didn't happen.

According to a report by Hindustan Times, an insider revealed that Akki walked away from the set of Bigg Boss 18 without shooting.

The insider was quoted as saying, "Being as punctual as he is, Akshay turned up on the set for his shoot at the scheduled time, around 2:15pm. But Salman hadn't come by then. Akshay waited for an hour for Salman to come, but he had a trial screening of Jolly LLB 3 on his schedule. Thus, after waiting for an hour, Akshay returned without even shooting for the show."

The source also revealed that even though several calls were made to Akshay to return, he didn't respond.

However, later, when Salman called Akshay, the latter informed him that he had a prior commitment. Further, Sallu told him that he hopes to have him on the show some other time.

Well, recently, director Nikkhil Advani revealed that he kept Salman awake at night during the shooting of Salaam-e-Ishq's Tenu Leke song as the actor refused to come to the set at 5 am. Notably, several co-stars of Salman have earlier disclosed that Sallu arrived late on the set and started shooting after lunch.
