When Sonam Kapoor challenged Ranbir Kapoor; made a deal with her Saawariya co-star - Watch

Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor worked for the first time together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya. There were rumours then that the two even dated for a short time. While the movie did not make Ranbir and Sonam overnight stars, it proved one fact Ranbir is a very fabulous actor. Now a video clip of the two actors during the time of Saawariya’s promotions has gone viral that shows Sonam Kapoor challenging Ranbir Kapoor and the two making a deal.

In the clip, the Sanju actor can be heard saying to Sonam, “I know you are a damn good writer. You are very good at writing. And then the way you speak, everything is very articulate. So are you going to pursue this form or are you going to start writing?” In reply, the Neerja actor said, “If you become a filmmaker then I will start writing.”

A surprised Ranbir asked, “Is this a challenge or you are..?” Sonam abruptly said, “It is a challenge. Because if you think I should write then I think you should make a film because you are going to be the best filmmaker ever. When ;Ranbir Kapoor asked her why she was saying that, Sonam replied that she thought it was in his blood.

Elaborating it further, Sonam said, “It is because you are constantly in mind, in your head all the time. You space out all the time. I mean I am having a conversation with you and you are looking somewhere else. “ An upset Ranbir said, “Obviously I am looking at you. I am not that cockeyed yaar.”

But Sonam interrupted and said, “So yes because of your overactive imagination I think you should become a filmmaker and you should work hard and have the patience to do it so the day you become a filmmaker and decide I am making a film, I will write.” In the end, Ranbir Kapoor asked, “So you will write for me?” And Sonam happily said yes sealing the deal with shaking their hands.
