When Katrina Kaif got angry and upset over Shah Rukh Khan's comment on stage – Watch

Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan worked for the first time in the movie Jab Tak Hain Jaan directed and produced by Yash Chopra. The movie also featured Anushka Sharma as the second female lead. Since she debuted with YRF’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi alongside Shah Rukh Khan, both SRK and Anushka shared a good bond.

So during the promotions of Jab Tak Hain Jaan when Shah Rukh Khan was asked to share a few things about Anushka and Katrina, SRK praised his Harry Meets Sejal co-star with an open heart. However, when it was time to say a few words about Kats, King Khan only said she was gentle. That did not go down well with Katrina Kaif.

And when it was her turn to speak something about the movie and her experience of working with SRK, the Tiger 3 actress said, “I think let’s be fair. Shah Rukh used just one word ‘gentle’ to describe me which has absolutely no relationship to my acting, talent, looks, or my career. He used 25 words to describe Anushka. So how was the experience (of working with him)..hmm.. it was good, it was good.”

Shah Rukh at this juncture said, “Say something more.” Kats replied, “You seriously disappointed me (by saying) gentle? I mean that is one step below hard work. Hard-working is generic. It does not speak about you knowing exactly what you do. Gentle is what..” Here Shah Rukh Khan tried to interrupt Katrina Kaif but the actress was in no mood to listen and said, “It’s fine.”

To cover up the entire fiasco, Shah Rukh tried to come up with a few appreciative words for the Sooryavanshi actress. He said, “Of my 20 years of work this has been the most wonderful experience working with an actress. Which is you (SRK pointed towards Katrina). Anushka is also.. but “

But Katrina Kaif was quite upset already and instead of accepting these words from Shah Rukh Khan, she narrated her experience of working with SRK saying that Anushka had already said pretty much what needed to be said that he cares about everyone around and cares about his co-stars and their shots even if he is not directly involved in them.
