Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma must be on cloud nine after the recent achievements of the former. First, it was welcoming their baby boy Akaay and the next was the remarkable victory at the T20I. Well, soon after the victory parade, Kohli immediately flew off to London to reunite with his family. Even, Kohli was spotted busy on a video call after the match on the field itself. Following that, rumours have been abuzz on social media that Kohli and Sharma will move out of India and permanently settle down in the UK after the former's retirement from cricket.

Notably, Kohli with his family have been spotted multiple times in London in the last couple of months. Even, in December 2023, Kohli took a short break from cricket to spend some quality time with his family. They were photographed at a restaurant in London. Later in February, Kohli was seen with his daughter Vamika in and out of London. A few days after Kohli announced the birth of their son Akaay, the father-daughter duo was photographed in a restaurant which went viral.
Well, fans are well aware that Kohli announced welcoming a baby boy after five days of actual birth. Earlier in their official announcements, it was revealed that Kohli and Sharma were pregnant and later it was disclosed they welcomed a baby. However, Kohli-Sharma managed to keep the news of their baby's birth a secret. Well, fans came to the conclusion that Akaay's delivery was done out of India. Moreover, several reports suggested that Akaay was born in a UK hospital. Kohli missed the India vs England Test series and went to London for the birth of Akaay. After a few days of Akaay's birth, Kohli was seen in London.
Earlier, Kohli said that he was happy to be in London and spend time with his daughter Vamika. He also expressed his delight over not being recognised when abroad.
Kohli was quoted as saying, "We were not in the country. Just to feel normal for two months - for me, my family - it was a surreal experience. Couldn't have been more grateful to God for the opportunity to spend time with the family. It's an amazing experience to just be another person on the road and not be recognised."
Furthermore, according to the UK Government's Find and Update company information service, Magik Lamp is a management consultancy, incorporated on August 1, 2022. While the company's official office address is in West Yorkshire, UK, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are two of the three directors.
Well, such connections have triggered the internet to think if Virat and Anushka will permanently relocate to London after the cricketer's retirement.
However, nothing can be confirmed until either of the duo clears the air.
