It will be the last flick from Fast and Furious and the reason is that Vin had promised his friend and franchise star Paul Walker that they will make at least 10 movies with this franchise.

It is a promise that Vin Diesel intends to keep although right now he is finding it similar to reaching Everest. This sci-fi horror movie directed by David Twohy was released in 2000 and featured Radha Mitchell, Cole Hauser, Keith David, and Vin Diesel in important roles. Although the movie received mixed feedback it was declared a hit after earning almost double the investment. That is how a new franchise was born and already two movies from the franchise have come out and another one is on its way.

Saving Private Ryan

It is an American war epic released in 1998 helmed by Steven Spielberg . It was declared a landmark film in the modern era for its realistic portrayal of scenes from the war field and impressive graphics. The movie had a stunning star cast apart from Vin and included Matt Damon, Tom Hanks, Tom Sizemore, Edward Burns, Jeremy Davies, and more. It won multiple Academy and BAFTA Awards.

The spy action movie bankrolled by Sony Pictures debuted in 2002 in theaters and included Samuel L Jackson, Marton Csokas, and Asia Argento along with Vin in important roles. The electric action scenes made one of the biggest Hollywood hits of that year.

Another action blockbuster from Vin Diesel in which he plays a superhero based on the character in Valiant Comics. Earlier it was planned to be developed into a franchise but later on, the makers decided to let be a standalone film as the response was not as expected.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Series

Vin Diesel was a part of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 which was released in 2014. It was the first installation of this series in which Vin only led voice to the character of Groot. This Marvel Studios character went on to become a big hit with fans and even had a short Marvel series dedicated to it.
