Urfi Javed all set for Bollywood debut with Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2

Fashionista Urfi Javed rules social media and has a huge base of admirers. Though Urfi gets trolled for her weird fashion sense, she also has lots of admirers including a few celebrities from the Tinsel Town. Now, the social media sensation is all set for her Bollywood debut with Debakar Banerjee's Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2.

Filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee came up with Love, Sex Aur Dhokha in 2010. The anthology dealt with stories in the age of the internet and cameras everywhere. After its huge success, the makers are bringing a story that is very relevant to this generation, which talks about love in the era of social media.

As the theme is focused on social media, the makers have picked none other than Urfi Javed. With this, Urfi will make her big screen debut.

Earlier, reports were abuzz that Tushar Kapoor and Mouni Roy will have cameos in the movie. And now, Urfi l, having a strong social media presence will be seen in Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2.

Love Sex aur Dhokha 2 is produced under Balaji Motion Pictures banner, in association with Cult Movies and Dibakar Banerjee Production. The movie will be bankrolled by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. Helmed by Dibakar Banerjee, the flick will hit the theatres on April 19.

Earlier, Ekta and Dibakar arrived in the Bigg Boss 16 house to cast for the sequel of their film and reportedly, contestant Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was roped in as the leading lady of the sequel. Reports were also abuzz that one story of the anthology is inspired by the reality show Bigg Boss.

If the reports are anything to go by, the sequel will have three different stories. The stories will merge together in the narrative. Even reports were abuzz that one of the stories will feature a gamer and is inspired by YouTuber Carry Minati.

However, there is no official confirmation from the makers backing the claims.

Notably, Urfi shot to fame following her appearances on Bigg Boss OTT. She achieved popular recognition for her unique fashion sense. In 2022, she was seen in a music video with Indo-Canadian singer Kunwarr.
