Nearly three decades since Trimurti (1995), the trio will reunite for the much-anticipated action thriller King, directed by Siddharth Anand. With the film set to go on floors on May 20, the buzz around this mega project is reaching a fever pitch.

Jackie-Anil Together Again—This Time for SRK

While the details around Jackie Shroff’s role are being kept under tight wraps, it has been confirmed that Anil Kapoor will play a pivotal role as SRK’s handler and mentor in the film. According to sources, Kapoor’s gravitas and commanding screen presence made him the top pick for the part. “His charisma and experience bring just the right weight to guide SRK’s assassin character,” an insider revealed.

International action directors have been roped in to ensure edge-of-the-seat sequences. Shooting begins in Mumbai between May 18–20, followed by an extensive international schedule in Europe. The film is eyeing a late 2026 release, with over 100 shooting days planned.
