Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah got a special mention on Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’s Tuesday episode when Amitabh Bachchan asked a contestant a question related to the show. While the contestant did answer the question correctly, Big B further elaborated and shared more information on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and called it the longest-running show on Indian television.
The contestant Vimal Kambad, who is an employee at Gujarat High Court was quite happy to give a reply to this question and asked Senior Bachchan whether he watches TMKOC or not. In reply, the Bollywood superstar said that he usually does not watch the show but sometimes yes. Vimal Kambad said that after a hectic day at the office watching TMKOC in the evening takes away all the tension and stress.
In today’s episode, Amitabh Bachchan will ask Vimal the type of girl he would like to marry and there will be an interesting interaction between the two. Yesterday, before Vimal Kambad came on the hot seat, a young boy Ayush Garg who came with a dream of starting his own startup with the money he would win on Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 played remarkably well and impressed everyone including the legendary host. Aayush who had come with his girlfriend and a friend on the show went on to become the first contestant to win the Amrit Dhanarashi of Rs 75 lakhs this season.
Even though he could not give a correct reply to the question for Rs 1 crore he took home the Amrit Dhanarashi which has been introduced for the first time this season to mark the 75 years of India’s independence.
Earlier Shark Tank India’s Aman Gupta who is also the man behind BoAt brand was overwhelmed when a question related to him and his brand was asked on the show. Aman replied back in typical Big B style on social media, ” Aaj khush toh boAt hoge tum, Hainnn.”
