Fans have been eagerly waiting for the return of The Kapil Sharma Show which is likely to be back on the Sony Television soon. Since the show went off air in February this year, there had been speculations on change in cast but the show’s host has now put all the rumours to rest.

According to reports, the show was expected to resume on Sony from July 25, but it is getting delayed as the actors are reportedly demanding hike in pay.

Meanwhile, the makers of the popular comedy show have shared some pictures of the show featuring the star casts which include Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Archana Puran Singh, Bharti Singh, Chandan Prabhakar and Sudesh Lehri.

However, what left fans in tizzy is the absence of Sumona Chakravarti aka Bhuri in the promo. Bhuri plays the role of Kapil’s wife or his love interest in the show. While it is believed that the makers and Bhuri are currently in talks, no one is sure whether Sumona will join the next season of the show or not.

Amid all these reports, Kapil Sharma has shared a post on Instagram putting all rumours to rest. Kapil shared a few pictures with the caption “new beginning with all the old faces,” which almost confirms that Sumona Chakravarti will also return along with the other star cast of the most loved comedy show in the country.

Besides, the famous standup comedian and the host of the show had earlier mentioned that they are welcoming new talents both in the acting and the writing category to offer variety to the audience and break the monotony.

If reports are to be believed, The Kapil Sharma Show will return to the small screen on August 21, and is expected to give the viewers something different from what they have enjoyed so far.
