After marriage, he had put on weight and needed a physical transformation very badly. Thanks to his New Year resolution, the ‘Mahabharat’ actor is back in shape.
Taking to his Instagram, the handsome actor shared a few pictures of his fitter and more toned body. He also shared the journey of his fitness in just three months with the intention to motivate and inspire his fans.
Sharing the video, he wrote, “Last 3 months. Step by Step.” He credited his wife Ruchika Kapoor for inspiring him to be back in shape.
I was out of shape. My goal was to get fit again. In fitness, it is never about losing weight, but getting fitter and healthier. I was 86kg and I did weight training to come down to 82.”
He further added, “Food is one of the most crucial part of fitness. I try to eat as healthy as possible. Eat what your body craves for, but make sure to hit the gym and stay fit.”
Fans are going gaga over his physical transformation and heaping praises on him in the comments section. “Inspiring,” wrote a fan while another wrote, “Arey bhai sahib. Yaha toh 3 janam lagenge body banene ke liye.”
