Sushmita Sen, Lalit Modi's 'flirty tweets' leave netizens shocked

Sushmita Sen is well known for speaking articulately and expressing herself boldly and candidly. Recently when she appeared on a podcast of Rhea Chakraborty, the former Miss Universe shared a lot of things about her personal life from her middle-class upbringing to how as a single mother she tried to inculcate good values in her daughters.

Sushmita Sen also revealed a few things about her love life and said that she has been single for the last two years but was in a relationship for around 5 years before that. Her affair with Rohman Shawl was very much open and hence everyone knew about it. But when she said that she has been single for the last three years it was a big surprise because she even today is spotted with Rohman at various events.

Incidentally, during their breakup period a couple of years ago pictures of Sushmita Sen with IPL Founder Lalit Modi had gone viral indicating that they are in a relationship. While Sushmita later on called it just a phase in her life Lalit Modi did confirm that they were in a relationship for a short time. Now a few flirty texts between Modi and Sen have re-surfaced on the internet making netizens wonder whether what Sushmita Sen said about the affair just being a phase was indeed true or not.

Interestingly, Lalit Modi shared his pictures with the Aarya actress in 2022 while these flirty texts seem to be from 2013. It had made the netizens wonder whether the actress was having a fling with Lalit Modi for more than a decade. It has also triggered doubts in the minds of web users regarding the truthfulness of Sushmita's statements in the recent past.

Since her Bollywood debut, the actress has been linked with multiple men including Vikram Bhatt, Wasim Akram, Randeep Hooda, Mudassar Aziz, and Sandeep Narang.
