Southern sensation Sreeleela to make Bollywood debut with Ibrahim Ali Khan? Check details

Ibrahim Ali Khan will soon make his debut in Bollywood with Sarzameen helmed by Kayoze Irani. Apart from that the young actor is already reading scripts for other projects. Last year it was reported by a leading media portal that Ibrahim has already shot for a sports drama titled Diler to be directed by Kunal Deshmukh. This particular sports drama focuses on the life of a marathon player and his association with his dog.

Apart from Ibu, the dog is also the central character of this sports drama. Now there are strong reports that Southern sensation Sreeleela is gearing up to make her Bollywood debut opposite  Saif Ali Khan ’s son in Diler. She is expected to play the female lead in this film. The American actress who has an Indian origin has already played good roles in South Indian movies like Dhamaka and SandaD and became a national rage when her item number from Guntur Kaaram with Mahesh Babu was released.

Diler is being produced by Dinesh Vijan, the founder of Maddock Films, and will be extensively shot in the picturesque locations of Himachal Pradesh. About Ibrahim Ali Khan’s acting talent, Box Office Worldwide has said, “Khan’s performance looks very promising. He looks exactly like Saif and even when he acts, there is a stark resemblance with his father in terms of his mannerisms, expressions, and reactions.”

For Ibrahim Ali Khan it will not be easy to become a star as the competition is tough among the youngsters with many other star kids like Agastya Nanda entering the film world at the same time. On the other hand for Sreeleela the response to Diler will decide whether she can gain a foothold in Bollywood or not.

Already many other Southern actresses like Pooja Hegde, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and  Rashmika Mandanna have tried to establish a career in B-town. As of now, it seems only Rashoo has managed to create a good following for herself among Bollywood fans.
