The title track of Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf and Jibraan Khan’s ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ has been released and fans cannot help but miss the OG ‘Ishq Vishk’ stars Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. The 2003 blockbuster was well received by fans and launched the career of both Kapoor and Rao.

While the title track has been reprised by its original singer Sonu Nigam, fans are missing the charm that Shahid Kapoor oozed in every frame of the song. The song has brought back all the remarkable memories of the good old 90s.

Meanwhile, fans are already contemplating another romantic film with Shahid paired opposite Pashmina. It would be a treat to watch the newbie romance Romance in a fresh romantic storyline. Many fans even wondered if she could reprise the role of Amrita Rao in Shahid’s upcoming movie ‘Prem ki Shaadi’.

Originally written for Salman Khan, the film was later replaced with Shahid Kapooor. However, the makers are still light-lipped about the female lead. Fans are hopeful, Pashmina would be a clear fit in the Sooraj Barjatya movie.

On the other hand, Rohit Saraf and Pashmina who are stepping into the shoes are under a lot of pressure to recreate the magic of Shahid and Amrita. 

“More than pressure, there’s a lot of gratitude. I actually haven’t had the chance to speak with Shahid. But I would love to. So, if Shahid sir, if you are watching this, I’m gonna wait for the day, I get to speak with you, because I just wanna say thank you,” Saraf said during the promotion of the song.

Similarly, Pashmina who is getting a lot of rave reviews for her performance hailed her brother Hrithik for being her mentor.

“He tells me all the time that no matter what I do I must bring in authenticity and give it my 100 per cent. The pride is the legacy my brother and family holds, the work they’ve done, I’m so proud of all of them. The pride, the luck, the support that I have come with, the pressure is to live up to that,” she stated.
