Suhana Khan’s debut was much awaited. But The Archies released on OTT and directed by Zoya Akthar failed to give her the launch she was expecting. Rather along with the other star cast especially Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor who too were making their debut in the world of entertainment, Suhana was criticised a lot for her acting. Now her next movie is King alongside her dad and superstar Shah Rukh Khan through which she will be finally making her debut in Bollywood.
Incidentally, the movie directed by Sujoy Ghosh is being produced by SRK’s home production Red Chillies Entertainment. Bollywood Hungama has reported that Shah Rukh Khan is going to play the biggest gamble of his career by investing Rs 200 crores in King scheduled to release in 2025. The movie is at present in the pre-production stage and the entire team is dedicated to making sure that the first movie of Shah Rukh Khan with his daughter Suhana Khan emerges as a blockbuster.
Apart from Sujay Ghosh, Siddharth Anand is also closely working with the team for the action part, and together they are collaborating to come up with some high-octane and raw action flick. The entertainment portal has reported that King is being treated as a ground-breaking action movie by Red Chillies and SRK wants it to surpass all the expectations.
According to the source, “The creative team has devoted the past year to meticulous pre-production planning, focusing on script development, the film’s scale, and its action sequences. Red Chillies Entertainment is committed to producing top-tier content, and ‘King’ promises to uphold this tradition, especially as it signifies Suhana Khan’s spectacular entry into the film industry.”
To ensure that the movie turns out to be an international blockbuster SRK has especially hired Siddharth Anand who will be designing stunts in collaboration with stunt experts from Hollywood to come up with a stunning hybrid of VFX-enhanced and real action sequences.
Jawan is the costliest movie ever produced by Gauri Khan’s production house with a budget of 300 crore. But it had a strong storyline, SRK in a double role, and top-class lead actresses like Deepika Padukone and Nayanthara. King is the debut movie of Suhana Khan and it seems SRK will use all his resources to ensure that his daughter gets the biggest launch in Bollywood.
