Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan beats ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’, exceeds lifetime biz!

Shah Rukh Khan , Deepika Padukone and John Abraham-starrer Pathaan has yet scripted another history by exceeding the lifetime collection of Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia and Rana Daggubati-starrer Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. 

Yes! As per the latest reports, SRK’s Pathaan’s total box office collection in Hindi crossed the lifetime BO collection of Baahubali 2 (Hindi) on Friday.

With this, Pathaan has added another feather to its cap by becoming the highest net grosser in Hindi language ever in India. As it seems, the unhindered and successful run of Pathaan across theaters in India has brought back the ‘lost glory’ of Bollywood.

Notably, SS Rajamouli helmed Baahubali 2 still remains on the top of the list of Indian movies with the highest global collection. However, Pathaan exceeded its lifetime collection in the Hindi language, which was Rs 510.99 crore.

Produced under the Yash Raj Films banner, Pathaan marked a glorious comeback of SRK after 4 years. On Friday, the makers made a big announcement of slashing the ticket price of the movie across India.

After enjoying the thrills of Salman Khan ’s cameo in Pathaan, movie lovers are now eagerly waiting for SRK’s cameo in Tiger 3. As per the latest reports, the Zero actor has reserved seven days to shoot a massive action sequence in the 3rd instalment of the Tiger franchise. The makers have made extensive plans to make it a visual delight for audience. Tiger 3 also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles.
