Samantha Ruth Prabhu to make comeback with a bang; has high hopes on Allu Arjun

Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s last release was Kushi with Vijay Deverakonda. The movie failed to do wonders at the box office. Even her earlier releases like Shaakuntalam failed to allure audience. But still, she continued to be in the limelight for her health reasons, item number “O Antava” from Pushpa: The Rise, and her ongoing project Citadel with Varun Dhawan.

Soon the actress is planning to make a comeback with a bang and all her hopes are focused on her upcoming flick with Allu Arjun that will be directed by Atlee. Deccan Chronicle has reported, “She is truly banking on this project to make a comeback of sorts. Samantha is getting good offers but she is reluctant to sign up as she is looking to return to Tollywood with a bang and with a crazy project.”

The source has also said that now Samantha has completed shooting for Citadel she is interested in doing a movie with none other than Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and her team is in touch with the Bollywood superstar for the same. Similar to Rashmika Mandanna, and Pooja Hegde, The Family Man 2 actress is also very much eager to pan out her career in Bollywood and believes that working with Salman Khan will help her get that extra mileage.

While expanding her horizon in B-town is definitely on her card,  she still wants to lure good Southern projects as well. That is why she has plans to work with Thalapathy Vijay, the Tamil superstar whose movies have been blockbusters in the last few years. However, for her, the priority is the movie with Allu Arjun as suddenly his stardom, as well as brand value, increased after the massive success of Pushpa 1.

With Pushpa: The Rule digital rights selling at record prices, even trade analysts believe that Allu Arjun has emerged as the biggest brand from the South. So, with a director like Atlee and a superstar like Bunny, Samantha’s next movie can certainly give her the big comeback she is looking for.
