The gorgeous Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a fitness freak and her Instagram filled with workout videos is proof. She often shares videos from her rigorous workout where she can be seen pulling off a heavy-weight regime to influence her fans and followers to a healthy living.
However, instead of the regular workout videos, Samantha this time has shared about the five important daily routines that she does after waking up in the morning for a good day. Without fail, the actress does these 5 things every morning.
Speaking to a health expert, Samantha said, “I wake up at 5:30 am and as soon as I wake up, I start journaling. I write a gratitude journal every day. I set myself up to have a good day. Let’s say that. And then just five minutes of sun soak. Later, I do a breathing exercise. What I follow is the Wim Hof method, I really, really like that."
She continued, “Then meditation for like 25 minutes. I have been doing Isha Kriya for a while now and it has been transforming. I have recently over the last couple of months started tapping. So, tapping is a process that helps you balance your energy and also helps relieve pain.”
“So, yeah journaling, sun soak, Wim Hof, meditation and tapping, there’s five. But, you can start with one or two and you will see great changes,” the Shakuntalam actress stated.
This apart, the actress opined for outdoor exercises that lead to sweating as sweat helps us get rid of toxins from the body.

“The first and primary way our body detoxes is via sweat. Sweat is the primary way to get the toxins off. So walking every day and sweating can drastically reduce the mortality rates,” she added.
