Salman Khan not doing Dabangg 4! Actor done with Chulbul Pandey?

The rumour mills have been abuzz for a couple of days that Salman Khan will have a cameo in Ajay Devgn's upcoming Singham Again. The rumours suggested that Sallu would be seen in Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe in his iconic Chulbul Pandey character. However, Film Analyst Taran Adarsh debunked the circulating rumours through his social media post. After the air was cleared, fans had mixed responses. Now that it is confirmed that Sallu will not be a part of Singham Again, recently, a report surfaced that Salman is not 'doing' Dabangg 4 and he is 'done' with Chulbul Pandey.

A report by Bollywood Hungama states that Salman Khan is not doing Dabangg 4 and he is done with his iconic character of mischievous cop Chulbul Pandey.

A close friend of the Bollywood superstar refuted the reports of Salman's cameo as Chulbul in Singham Again.

The report quoted the source as saying, "Where did that come from? Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey in Singham Returns, sounds like someone’s idea of click-baiting. There is ABSOLUTELY no truth to it. Singham is far removed from Dabangg."

Further, the source added, "For now, Salman is done with Chulbul Pandey and Dabangg. He is not doing the fourth part of Dabangg unless he finds the right script and director."

The source also revealed that Prabhu Deva, who helmed Dabangg 3, refused the offer to carry the franchise forward.

"So, where and why would Salman play Chulbul Pandey in someone else’s franchise? This is one of the funniest rumours in recent times,” added the source.

Well, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Deepika Padukone will reportedly have cameos in Singham Again. While Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan will reprise their respective roles in the franchise, Arjun Kapoor will be seen as the antagonist. However, Salmsn won't be a part of Singham Again and there will be no crossover between Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe and Salman's Dabangg franchise.
