Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Aamir Khan teamed up in 1994 for Andaz Apna Apna. Helmed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the comedy flick remains the only project that starred the Khans-duo together. Though Salman and Aamir share a good bond offscreen, they never have worked together again. Though during its theatrical release, it was declared a disaster, it achieved a cult status over time. While many moviegoers are waiting eagerly to see the duo onscreen again, the revelations about Andaz Apna Apna 2 filled excitement among all. Now, the recent reports claim that Salman and Aamir are reuniting for a project. A leading production house teased a possible collaboration of the duo. But, there's a twist.

Recently, Aamir Khan Productions dug up an old post on X (formerly Twitter). It was Salman Khan's post in 2010 in which “I didn’t let Aamir touch me after the film. Agar mujhe gold mein badal deta toh???” (sic)

Responding to this, the production house wrote, "We think about this a lot.” (sic)

Well, this has triggered excitement among many and fans are speculating that the production house teased a possible collaboration of the superstar duo.

Fans have started speculating that Salman and Aamir are about to reunite after 30 years for a project. Meanwhile, a few others also asked if it was for Andaz Apna Apna 2.

One user wrote, "New tease about an upcoming film?" (sic)

Another wrote, "So you guys are coming up with something and you are good at marketing it. Let's know about it." (sic)

Well, fans need to wait for clarification from either Salman or Aamir as none of them have commented about reuniting, anytime recently.

Notably, Aamir Khan during a live session on his birthday, teased that Andaz Apna Apna 2 is happening and director Rajkumar Santoshi is working on the script.

Aamir said, "We have recently learned that Rajkumar is working on the script of Andaz Apna Apna. This big news is the hottest thing and has recently surfaced. However, this is the initial phase and we can't express more excitement. I am glad that he started thinking about it. I think it will be a great film for all of us to do and for the audience to watch."

Apart from Aamir and Salman, Hindi movie Andaz Apna Apna starred Raveena Tandon, Karishma Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal, among others.
