High-octane action-packed movie Salaar starring Prabhas and Shruti Haasan in the lead has been escalating anticipation among fans of the Baahubali actor as well as KGF fame Prashanth Neel.
Bankrolled by Hombale Films and helmed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar is a mafia action thriller in which Prabhas will be seen in a violent character. Makers have locked April 14, 2022 for its theatrical release as of now.
Sharing an update for the excited fans of Darling Prabhas, the makers announced the inclusion of Jagapathi Babu as Rajamanaar.

Jagapathi Babu is a renowned actor in the south film industry. In his career spanning over 32 years, the actor has worked in over 120 movies. After 2013, mostly the actor is seen in supporting roles and he portrays negative characters.
Jagapathi Babu made his debut in 1989 with Telugu movie Simha Swapnam. Since his debut till 2013, the actor was seen in lead characters. Popularly called as Jaggu bhai in the south film industry the actor has won several awards and is appreciated for this character portrayal.
As the poster of Salaar reveals, Jaggu Bhai will be portraying a negative character and his devilish look in the movie perfectly suits him. He is seen with a ring in his nose, extremely violent eyes and a ‘bidi’ in his mouth well defines his character.

Baahubali Prabhas expectedly will be seen locking horns with Jagapathi Babu (Rajamanaar). The duo have earlier worked in several movies and fans are quite excited to witness them once again.
Meanwhile on Sunday, Hombale films announced the final release date of the most anticipated movie KGF Chapter 2 release date. The makers have locked April 14 as the final release date which is the same date locked for Salaar.
Movie lovers and admirers of Rocking Star Yash and Prabhas now are in a split. All are expecting that the makers will expectedly reschedule the release date of Salaar as it will massively affect the box office collection and response. The makers certainly won’t play it with a huge risk as Prabhas and Yash both have a huge fan base across the world. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the postponement of Salaar release date.
All have to wait till the makers release an official announcement regarding the same.
