Rashmika Mandanna completed 8 years of her journey in the film world as exactly 8 years ago her first movie Kirik Party was released. The Kannada movie made her an overnight sensation and since then Rashmika Mandanna has been delivering successful movies one after the other. While she did movies in both Telugu and Tamil, she did not return to the Sandalwood industry which has been the bone of contention between Rashoo and Kannada superstar Rishab Shetty.

The Kantara actor has always mocked and taken a few digs at the Pushpa: The Rule actress for ditching the Kannada industry after achieving success in Tamil and Telugu. Today as Kirik Party completes 8 years of its release, he once again completely ignored the young actress and instead only attributed the lead actor of the film Rakshit Shetty with the movie’s success.

In his post, the Kannada director and actor thanked Rakshit for coming up with such an interesting saga clearly avoiding any mention of Rashmika Mandanna. Incidentally, Rishab is also the director of Kirik Party, and in a way, he is the one who introduced the Mission Majnu actress into the film industry. Most of the Rashmika fans have slammed Rishab for ignoring their favourite star saying that the movie is drab without the presence of Rashoo.

Not surprisingly, Rashmika Mandanna also did not mention either Rakshit or Rishab Shetty in her post celebrating her 8 years of journey in the film world. As is known she was engaged to Rakshit Shetty and went through a huge turmoil after the breakup. She is also well aware of Rishab Shetty’s animosity towards her and that is why the actress played safe avoiding the mention of Kirik Party thereby completely avoiding any mention of Rakshit or Rishab Shetty.

Apart from Southern movies, Rashmika Mandanna is also on the threshold of becoming a huge star in Bollywood after delivering a blockbuster like Animal in 2023. She has a fantastic line-up of movies both in Bollywood and in the South which is sure to help her propel ahead in her career.
